- Solicitation for Offers GS-05B-19156 Lease Summary A.Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking information on space meeting the following requirements: City, State:Livonia, MI Delineated Area:Livonia, MI Minimum Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,541 USF (Non-Contiguous) Block A: 2,997 usf/Block B: 680 usf Maximum Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,600 USF (Non-Contiguous) Block A: 3,000 usf/ Block B: 700 usf Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):8 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Secure):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):8 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements: Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Livonia, MI, that will be expiring. The Goverment is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunication infastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of Interest must include the following information: * Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; * Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; * ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOAF) to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOAF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvement and state the amount, if any; * Date of space availability; * Method of rentable space measurement; * Building ownership information; * Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rates include the cost of the required Government parking, if any; * Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and * List of building services provided.
