Description

Olympus EU-ME2 Ultrasound Processor Sole Source Justification NOTICE OF INTENT: This is a Sole Source Justification requirement. The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth intends to award a delivery order against FSS contract number V797P-2065D in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). Items 0002 and 0003 were previously competed via GSA eBUY. Pricing is requested for item 0001 (Olympus EU-ME2 Ultrasound Processor). Interested Contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the attached Request for Quotation and submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within the Request for Quotation close date will be considered by the Government only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The final determination whether to conduct a competitive procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
