Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into a purchase agreement with Medtronic USA, Incorporated, 6743 South Point Drive North, Jacksonville, Florida 32216-6218. Medtronic USA, Incorporated is the sole provider of Stealth Instruments. This agreement is a onetime purchase for instruments. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. Any interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Lead Purchasing Agent by Monday, May 4, 2015 at 12pm EST. Information should be sent to Barbara Charles Lead Purchasing Agent at barbara.charles@va.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. If no responses are received by the response date the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to barbara.charles@va.gov.
