United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Clay City, Center Point, Hoosierville, Staunton, Harmony, and Brazil, IN County: Clay County Delineated Area: North: South side of County Road 1100 North East: West side of County Road 200 East South: North side of County Road 900 South West: East side of County Road 400 West Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,755 ABOA Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to exceed 3,306 RSF Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 31 Parking Spaces (Surface): 31 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: Ten (10) Years (120 Months) Firm Term: 4 Months Termination Rights: 120-days, in whole or in part Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Ample parking to allow for oversized farm vehicles and trailers. New construction may be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
