- Pre-Solicitation Notice Travis AFB intends to procure non-personal dosimetrist services for David Grant Medical Center. The period of performance is 01 October 2015 - 30 September 2016 with 4 (four) option year periods running concurrently through 30 September 2020. Complete details of the requirement will be included in the request for proposal (RFP). This requisition will be solicited as small business set-aside full & open competition. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 621512 and the related size standard is $15.0 million. Award shall be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The solicitation will be made available on or after 19 June 2015. This date is an estimate and is subject to change without notice. The solicitation package will be posted on http://www.fedbizopps.gov The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation package. Facsimile, telephone, written and/or email requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring the fedbizopps website for release of the solicitation package and downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. Prospective offerors who download the solicitation are requested to submit their company name, address, phone number, fax number, email, points of contact, DUNS number and business classification (i.e. - large, small, disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, women owned, veteran, service disabled, etc) to Amanda Scheer, Contract Specialist, at amanda.scheer@us.af.mil. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Prospective offerors must have or obtain a DUNS number, be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/index.html/#1, must complete FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification Commercial Items at https://www.sam.gov/index.html/#1, and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil to ensure electronic funds transfer.
