Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Richard Roudebush Indianapolis, IN VAMC, 1481 West 10th Street (WTS) Indianapolis, IN 46202-2303 is hereby soliciting offers to provide items listed below for surgical procedures. The WTS anticipates entering into a fixed price contract with the contractor meeting the Brand Name or Equal requirements and providing the best value to the Government. Items will be delivered to WTS location according to surgical procedures requirements the day prior. The period of performance is from award date to 09/30/2015. This procurement will be conducted using Part 12 and 13 of the FAR. NAICS Code is 339112. The anticipated closing date is 05/01/2015.
