Description

This project involves the survey and inventory of invasive plants along approximately 77 miles of power line corridor on the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The power lines are composed of approximately 53 segments that are scattered across the Mt. Baker, Skykomish, and Snoqualmie Ranger Districts. Surveys, inventories, and monitoring will follow US Forest Service protocols. Occurrence documentation will require a Geospatial polygon. All occurrences data will be documented both by hard-copy and within a Microsoft Access database. This project is located on the Mt. Baker, Snoqualmie and Skykomish Ranger Districts of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The desired start date for this project is July 1st 2015 with contract duration of 75 days. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation will be posted around May 15th 2015. There is no funding currently available for this project so the solicitation may be cancelled at any time or contract not awarded at all.
