AMENDMENT NOTICE:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is 0010645782 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-81. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314120 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-05-15 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Annville, PA 17003 The National Guard - Pennsylvania requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Bldg 19-109 (Ambulance) - Awning to cover Entrance. Cover to be 14? wide x 12? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels Almond in color, with an aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 002: Bldg 19-109 (Ambulance) - Installation of the 14' x 12' Awning. Note: Two of the posts will need to have holes dug and the posts secured in the hole with concrete. The existing awning and frame must be removed and the material disposed of by the contractor., 1, EA; LI 003: Bldg 19-108 - Front - Awning to cover Entrance. Cover to be 10? wide x 21? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels, Almond in color, with an aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 004: Bldg 19-108 - Front - - Installation of the 10' x 21' Awning. Note: Posts will need to have holes dug and the posts secured in the holes with concrete. The existing awning and frame must be removed and the material disposed of by the contractor, 1, EA; LI 005: Bldg 19-116 (forklift) ? Awning to cover Entrance. Cover to be 12? wide x 13? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels Almond in color, with an aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 006: Bldg 19-116 (forklift) ? Installation of the 12? x 13? Awning. Note: One of the two support post must have a hole dug and the post secured in the hole with concrete. The existing awning and frame must be removed and material disposed of by contractor., 1, EA; LI 007: Bldg 19-116 Side Entrance - Awning to cover Entrance. Cover to be 7? wide x 6? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels Almond in color, with an aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 008: Bldg 19-116 Side Entrance - Installation of the 7' x 6' awning. The existing awning and frame must be removed and the material disposed of by the contractor., 1, EA; LI 009: Bldg 19-116 - Rear- Awning to cover Entrance. Cover to be 18? wide x 12? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels, Almond in color, with an aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 010: Bldg 19-116 - Rear - Installation of the 18' x 12' awning., 1, EA; LI 011: Bldg 19-101 Western Supply Entrance. Awning to cover entrance. Cover to be 22? wide x 18? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels Almond in color, with an aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 012: Bldg 19-101 Installation and the existing awning and frame must be removed and material disposed of by contractor, 1, EA; LI 013: Bldg 19-135 Northern Entrance. Awning to cover entrance. Cover to be 5? wide x 4? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels Almond in color, with an aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 014: Bldg 19-135 installation and removal of old debris, 1, EA; LI 015: Bldg 19-115 Little Hangar. Awning to cover back entrance. Cover to be 16? wide x 16? high with 13? projection. Material lifespan must be a minimum of 12 years. Roof should be EPS foam core roofing panels, Almond in color, with aluminum understructure, also in Almond color. Awnings should match as close as possible to existing structures., 1, EA; LI 016: Bldg 19-XXX Little Hangar, Installation and the existing awning and frame must be removed and material disposed of by contractor, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Pennsylvania intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Pennsylvania is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
