It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher Level Quality Management-ISO 9001:2008 apply. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Parker Hannifin CAGE 59211, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request package, (SAR). The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 365 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 70 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against Parker Hannifin's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on 18 May 2015 and will close on 1 June 2015. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
