Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center, 1601 Archer Road, Gainesville FL will be soliciting for a MHZ Transducer. A request for quote will be issued on or about April 27, 2015. See item listing in RFQ VA248-15-Q-1196 for details. Vendors submitting offers of other items must submit, with their offer, documentation which clearly establishes to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer that the item offered meets the item(s) specified as defined in the salient characteristics listed in the RFQ. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and specification of the solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 339113. To be eligible for award, vendors must be registered in the System of Award Management www.sam.gov. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as the FedBiz Opps: which is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. The electronic solicitation VA248-15-Q-1196 may be downloaded on http://wwwfedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for down loading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any to the solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing to the following email address jill.claar@va.gov by April 28th 2015. Responses to this notice shall be emailed to the following address: Jill.Claar@va.gov or mailed to address: Network Contracting Activity 8, Commerce Bldg. 300 East Ave. Ste 180, Gainesville, FL 32601. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 4:00 pm EST April 28, 2015. Responses should clearly state their ability to provide the supplies.
