Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Atlanta Acquisition Office, AAQ-510ATL, College Park, Georgia has a new construction effort to Construction of a Remote Communications Air-Ground (RCAG) Fourth (4th) Antenna Tower, Daytona Beach International Airport, Daytona Beach, Florida. All work shall be in accordance with the attached scope of work. This requirement is solely set-aside for Pre-Existing/Qualified Contractors under the Eastern Logistics Service Area Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) with capabilities on major and moderate multidiscipline construction and modernization, HVAC, civil engineering, architectural, structural, and airport field work. The lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA �s criteria. The procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm, fixed-price (FFP) Call Order contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Constuction, with a Size Standard of $14M. The estimated price range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Performance Time: 60 calendar days.
