Description: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake Projects. The Hopkinton Project area includes approximately 4 acres of weekly maintenance area. The Everett Lake Project areas include approximately 6 acres of weekly maintenance. The Hopkinton Lake Recreation area, known as Elm Brook Park includes approximately 24 acres of weekly maintenance area. In addition, the contract includes spring clean up of the above mentioned acres and approximately 16 cubic yards of mulching services.
