35th Contracting Squadron Bldg. 656, USAF Misawa Air Base, Japan ATTN: 2Lt Erin Conley Unit 5201, APO AP 96319-5201 25 April 2015 Request for Quotation/Combined Synopsis Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation number is FA5205-15-Q-EC09.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-74, DPN 20140528, and AFAC 2014-0421 effective 21 Apr 2014. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 484210. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4212. The 35th Contracting Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan intends to issue a RFQ procurement action to provide for the containerization and movement of DoDEA school property. ************************************************************************************* Company Name: Name of Quoter: ATTN: Government Sales Representative Notice to Vendor: This is a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (NOT A PURCHASE ORDER). The Government reserves the right to make award to the vendor whose offer conforming to this RFQ represents the best value, price and other factors to the government. Please respond to this RFQ by providing your quotation using this form no later than 18 May at 1500 (EST) 2015 via E-mail: erin.conley.1@us.af.mil or hand delivering to 35 CONS. Offerors may use another format for submission of quotes. However, all quotes must contain the minimum information required. A SITE VISIT OF THE FACILITY WILL BE HELD ON 11 MAY 2015 AT 1300.
