- SF-1449 TDT Trailers FAC CLAUSES FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS SOW FOR TDT TRAILERS This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is HSCG37-15-Q-DTF608 and is issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-63. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336212. This is a set aside for small business with 500 employees. All qualified vendors/offerors are encouraged to submit thier proposals. In particular, the US Coast Guard, Maritime Safety and Security Team San Diego required the below items: 1. 2 each, Customized Trailers for use by the Tactical Delivery Teams as Response Unit Trailers, please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications and other requirements. For questions and clarifications - contact Andrew Coppa at (954) 673-2698 Upon award, delivery schedules and location must be coordinated to the POC. Bids/price quotes must include all the required necessary documentation including licenses requirements. Warranties must clearly spelled out (labor only or both labor and material). Offerors/vendors must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The selected vendor/offeror must comply to all pertinent and applicable Federal Acquisitions Regulations and all the applicable local, state and Federal Laws deem necessary for the completion of the contract. All proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Specifications, Past performances, strength of warranties and prices (not necessary in that order). Submit all proposals to Noel P.
