Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The USPFO-Mississippi intends to award a sole-source contract to RVA, 1601 NW EXPWY STE 850, Oklahoma City, OK 73118-1435 for certified Air Traffic Control equipment and installation of equipment provided to Camp Shelby, MS Range Control by AP Hill, VA to stand up an Air Information Center. TC 3-04.81 has very specific guidance on structural and Electrical Power Standards. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. The North American Industry Classification System code is 488111.
