Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W56ZTN-15-T-0012. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-31. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325180 and the Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. Please Read the Entire Announcement. Description of the Requirement: The purpose of this contract is to provide the US Army Department of Public Works located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland with an estimated 2000 - 3000 gallons of 10.5% AL203 Polyaluminum Chloride solution to the EA-Waterworks Water Treatment Plant located at APG Bldg. # E-6110 1122 Edgewood Rd. Edgewood, MD 21040 using 2 quote mark quick connect hose. The contract minimum will be 2000 gallons and the maximum will be 3000 gallons. The government anticipates award of a base year and two option years. This chemical will support water treatment efforts at the local facility. The Acceptor/Receiver will inspect invoice for accuracy and accept in Wide Area Workflow for disbursement of funds. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination.
