THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY CHILLER BARREL REPLAEMENT FOR PORTABLE CHILLER TUSCALOOSA VA MEDICAL CENTER This is a request for information used to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of delivering the item described below. Re: VA247-15-N-0542 Chiller Barrel replacement for portable chiller: Recover remaining Freon, remove evaporator barrel, provide and install new factory evaporator barrel, re-pipe new evaporator barrel, pressurize machine with nitrogen and leak test, full vacuum on machine and re-charge with Freon provided by VAMC. DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this RFI. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.
