- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-81. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423990 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 100 employees. The following is needed: -Truck topper for 2005 GMC 3500 Truck. The same or similar to a Knapheide Knap-Kap Classic Model KKCH106. Similar size, shape and boxes are required. Knapheide Knap-Kap Classic Model KKCH106. 8' box; 29 quote mark high; 70.0 quote mark wide front; 68.5 quote mark wide rear; 99.75 quote mark long; rear horizontal door; two (2) toolboxes per side. Paint Dark Blue. 228-KKCH106 KNAP KAP, KNAPHEIDE quote mark CLASSIC quote mark. NPN-EQUIP PAINT DARK BLUE -Installation on 2005 GMC 3500 Truck. Provide details about logistics of pickup or delivery for installation. Location is Duluth, Minnesota. Standard commercial warranty should be included and the specifics detailed. For any additional features, please price as options. ****Multiple solutions to the requirement should be offered as alternative quotes and will be evaluated as separate offers. Multiple solutions are encouraged.**** Innovative solutions are encouraged and will be evaluated in accordance with the intent of this requirement. Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items is amended to read: ''Evaluation Factors and Sub Factors: -Price -Past Performance -Technical Capability Subfactors -Performance indicators and feasibility -Delivery schedule -Conformity to desired features All factors are of equal weight. All subfactors are of equal weight. ****Quotes may be comparatively evaluated in compliance with FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3).****'' Include past performance information: other military, commercial, and civilian companies with whom your products have been sold to. Include country of manufacture for all items. Include feasible delivery/installation dates as well. If not included and no information is readily available, past performance will be rated as neutral. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL QUOTES. Contractor Registration (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to WWW.SAM.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. All questions and quotes must be directed to MSgt Christopher Fisher via email at 148FW.MSC@ang.af.mil. Questions will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Please make quotes good for 30 days if possible. Emailed quotes are preferred. Quotes must be received by no later than 1:00 PM CST, 6 May 2015. Late quotes may be rejected at the Contracting Officer's discretion.
