Description

Synopsis Replace Flooring General Services Administration International Ave LPOE Calais, ME 04619 The contractor shall provide for any and all provisions - including but not limited to materials, labor, equipment, associated administrative, scheduling coordination and security costs required to replace flooring at the Land Port of Entry, but not limited to: Remove the cork flooring, repair any damage to the subfloor, install new Bio Based Commercial Tile. The flooring to be replace is approximately 5000 SF. The Contractor shall be ultimately responsible for verification of all existing conditions. Submission of an acceptable proposal to the government shall serve as the contractor's validation of existing site conditions and understanding of the requirements. Furthermore all applications shall be consistent with standard industry practice - all federal state, and local codes and standards. Open to Small Business only. Estimated Amount is btween $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be available on or about May 13, 2015.
