Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION No. 5CA0860 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Francisco Delineated Area: North: Broadway/Stockton/The Embarcadero East: The Embarcadero/Harrison South: Harrison/Highway 101 West: South Van Ness/Franklin Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,515 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,767 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 reserved structured spaces plus additional to meet code Parking Spaces (Surface): Included Above Parking Spaces (Structured): Included Above Parking Spaces (Reserved): Included Above Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: •· Offered Space to be contiguous on a single floor or vertically contiguous floors. •· Space must allow efficient use, including (a) configuration (space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide); and (b) size, number, and placement of columns (columns must be at least 20 ft. from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2 ft. square). •· Janitorial services to be provided after Normal Hours of 6:00 pm. •· Lessor to provide TI Allowance per Request for Lease Proposal. •· Parking shall have 24/7 access. If 2 reserved structured parking spaces are not available at offered location, public structured reserved parking shall be available within a walkable 2 blocks of offered building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
