The Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, Network Contracting Office (NCO) intends to establish a single award firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to install fiber and copper fiber cables for the VA Long Beach Healthcare Systems (VALBHS). The contractor award shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the requirements set forth within the RFQ.
