Description
This requirement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside under Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912P8-15-T-0034 and is being procured as a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The designated NAICS code is 336611 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. A single firm-fixed contract will be made to the responsible and responsive offeror having the lowest price. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes and acknowledgement of all amendments by the time and date stated within the solicitation. Contractors shall complete the schedule included in the SF 1449 including FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, Alt I. All quotes should include the following minimum information: Company Name, Address, Cage Code and DUNS Number, Taxpayer I.D. Number, Payment Terms and/or Discount Terms, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address. The requirement is for a Contractor to provide all labor, management, supervision, facilities, utilities, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuel, materials, and articles necessary to dry-dock the Survey Boat M/V Bopp in accordance with the performance based work statement. The contractor's facility must be located within a 100-mile radius of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, Venice Sub Office, and Venice, LA. THE RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT 4 MAY 2015. The due date will be as stated in Block 8 of the SF 1449 solicitation once posted. Quotes should be marked with the solicitation number W912P8-15-T-0034 and addressed to Jenifer Bordelon, Contract Specialist or can be emailed to Jenifer.M.Bordelon@usace.army.mil. The contract specialist for this RFQ is Jenifer M. Bordelon at 504-862-2466. Vendors not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. Vendors must be registered in the Representations and Certifications application (included in SAM) for NAICS code applicable to this requirement.
