- SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is AG-0521-S-15-0017 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 333999, business size standard is 500. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract for this requirement. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement based on DeVries model Track Sprayer in the Specifications. This is the only known model currently manufactured to fit the Governments need. There are other models available that may be unknown or may fit the requirement with minor modifications. All offers that meet the specifications or exceed specification based on the specified model will be considered for award. Model is; Generation III - Research Track Sprayer - Standard 8ft, Misc Spraybooth Add 12" depth making 43" front to back, SB-IL Internal Lights, SB-EPS Electrically Powered Shelf, SB-DSF Door Safety Feature, SB-EWWTP External Waste Water Tank and Pump, +SB-IWS Internal Washdown, SB-DC Dry Contacts for Exhaust, SB-SR Simulated Rainfall, SB-EPDP Electro Pneumatic Pressure Regulator, SB-RSHP Removable Spray Head Package Includes two complete standard spray head assemblies The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Washington State University Building 122, Pullman, WA, 99164 has a requirement for Spray Chamber. The specifications are attached with this requirement. Each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule (in days after award) as part of their quotation. Acceptance and FOB point are destination. In order to be considered for award offerors shall provide a quotation on company letterhead and include with the bid schedule detailing the unit pricing and references for the proposed item. A minimum of 3 references is required and must have received the proposed services within the last three calendar years (Government references preferred but will accept commercial references). Contractors intending to conduct business with the Federal Government MUST register with the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting quotation. The SAM is the Government repository, which retains information on Government contractors. You may register online at www.sam.gov. Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Internet site: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of these documents (if any). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents. Furnish quotations to Brian Fien, Purchasing Agent, no later than the response date and time listed in this solicitation. Quotations must be received in writing via facsimile, Funds are not currently available for the air compressor but it is anticipated that funds will be available prior to contract award.
