The Department of Veterans Affairs conducted a Market Survey on March 10, 2015 in Chico, CA to identify qualified properties, both existing buildings and land sites, for a new 42,000 Net Usable Square Foot (NUSF) Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The following is a list of sites that were deemed acceptable by the evaluation team and will be considered for this procurement. VA reserves the right to consider additional sites offered if they are deemed beneficial to the Government.
