- The 414th Contracting Support Brigade in Vicenza, Italy is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for any of the supplies and services listed below. The location of performance is in the country of Tanzania and the period of performance will be between the months of May through August 2015. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code are provided below. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. RequirementNAICS code Automobile Rental532112 Food Service Preparation722310 Bottled Water 424490 Office Supplies 424120 Cellular Phones 517210 Fuel424720 Interpreters541930 Surface Transportation and Distribution 484110 Internet Service517110 Laundry Services812320 Lodging Services721110 The Cultural Understanding and Language Introduction Services (hereafter referred to as the quote mark Contractor quote mark ) shall provide onsite logistics coordination for all ground transportation travel (vehicles with drivers that include fuel), meals, lodging, laundry, cultural visits, assist in planning activities, assist in managing training plan, able to interact with team in the English Language, provide learning experiences that will allow participants to acquire cultural, historical, and language skills. The services provided ought to have a 24 hour and 7 days a week availability to assist in emergencies/ special needs of teams. The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and services incidental to support these requirements. LOCATION OF SERVICES: Services shall be performed in the cities of Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, Tanzania. HOURS OF OPERATION: Normal operating hours will be 12 hours, which can be flexible or continuous hours and seven days per week to include holidays. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name and address 2) Email address 3) Web site address 4) Telephone number 5) Size and type of ownership for the organization 6) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. [Note: In accordance with FAR 10.001(b), agencies should not request potential sources to submit more than the minimum information necessary.] The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to 1) provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; 2) secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources required to successfully perform similar requirements; 3) implement a successful project management plan that includes: compliance with tight program schedules; cost containment; meeting and tracking performance; hiring and retention of key personnel and risk mitigation; and 4) provide services under a performance based service acquisition contract. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards WILL NOT be made.
