Description

1. The solicitation will be a C3 (Customer, Contracting, Commerce) Partnering Solicitation. Therefore a site visit by all interested vendors is strongly recommended. The invitation letter for the site visit will be available on the internet at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on approximately 7 May 2015 and it is planned to conduct the site visit on 27 May 2015. All responsible sources may attend the site visit and submit a techncial proposal and a quote, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 - $100,000 3. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany) 4. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12)
