- Solicitation for Personal Services Contract Senior Health Development Specialist (Rover 3), Office of Global Health/Country Support The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in providing Personal Services Contract (PSC) services as a Senior Health Development Specialist (Rover 3) with the Office of Global Health/Country Support. The PSC contract is expecting to be three (3) years in duration with two (2) one-year renewal periods.
