- RFQ -SF18 STATEMENT OF WORK PRICING SHEET/EQUIPMENT LIST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notification; quotes are being requested. A request for quotation (RFQ), N62786-15-T-0002, for printer maintenance & repair of various manufacturer and model printers at various locations, is available as an attachment to this notice. The associated NAICS code is 811212, Computer Office Machine Repair and Maintenance and the size standard is $25.0 million. This requirement is for a three (3)-year contract (one base year and (2) one-year options) for printer maintenance & repair. Consumable parts are explained in the attached Statement of Work; Toner & Paper are excluded. The Statement of Work and list of devices with locations are included in the attached RFQ. The factors to be used in the evaluation of offers are price and past performance. The requirement is a total set-aside for all categories of small business and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The proposed acquisition is being processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a competitive basis. It is anticipated that award will take place on or before May 26. Due to the number of pieces of equipment, please extend quote valid date beyond 30 days. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested small business suppliers may submit a quote. Fax or email proposals are authorized and must be received no later than date and time for receipt of quotes. Quotes are due by 12:00 P.M. EST on May 15, 2015 to Supervisor of Ship Building-Bath, 574 Washington St, Bath ME, 04530.
