Description

Tamsulosin HCL, 0.4mg pharmaceuticals. The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure Tamsulosin HCL, 0.4mg pharmaceuticals for the Leavenworth, Chelmsford, Tucson, Dallas, Murfreesboro, Hines and Charleston CMOP facilities. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This solicitation is posted as unrestricted. Multiple awards may be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA770-15-Q-0109 shall be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) from 1 May 2015 and will be open for bid until 4 May 2015, 9:00 PM Central Time, for expected delivery on or before 15 May 2015. Solicitation packages will ONLY be accepted through email. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above.
