- Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics Subject: Request for Quote - "Science Materials and Equipment" DoDDS-Europe Procurement Office is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Science Material and Equipment. Salient characteristics and specifics can be found in Attachment 1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423490. The Government anticipates awarding one or multiple order in response to this RFQ. If you are interested in responding to this requirement, you may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the following instructions. SPECIFICATIONS (1) See Attachment 1 for salient characteristics and quantities. Your pricing should be indicated on this attachment. (2) All electrical equipment must be 220v and supplied with a 220v power cord. (3) This is not an "all or none" award and offerors may provide quotes for portions of the requirement. (4) DIRECT COMMERCIAL SHIPPING IS REQUIRED.
