- APT FoS Pre-Solicitation Conference Agenda (Update) 1 May 2015: The purpose of this notice is to provide an update to the Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Family of Systems (FoS) Pre-Solicitation Conference Agenda. Please see attachment for details. --End Update 01May2015-- 30 Apr 2015: The purpose of this notice is to: 1. Provide pertinent information for attendees of the Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Family of Systems (FoS) Pre-Solicitation Conference, to be held at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base 5-7 May, 2015. Please see all attachments for details. 2. Provide answers to industry's questions regarding the "Requirements Matrix" that was posted by the APT program on 17 Mar 2015. The answers are provided in the attached document titled "APT FoS Requirements RFI Q&A Matrix." This document will continue to evolve as the APT program receives additional questions during and following the Pre-Solicitation Conference --End Update 30APR2015-- 15 APR 2015: The purpose of this notice is to update the suspense date for industry to register for the Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Family of Systems (FoS) Pre-Solicitation Conference. Participants must complete the Registration Form and send to the APT FoS Program Office via email (POC David Speed II, david.speed@us.af.mil, by 2400hrs EST, 17 April 2015). --End Update 15APR2015-- 02 APR 2015: The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding the upcoming Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Family of Systems (FoS) Pre-Solicitation Conference. Please see all attachments for detailed information. --End Update 02APR2015-- 23 MAR 2015: The purpose of this notice is to update the suspense date for industry's responses to the Technical Data Rights and Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA) RFI previously posted to FBO. Email responses as a single electronic file to the Contracting Officer, David Speed, david.speed@us.af.mil or the contract negotiator, Ryan Sims at ryan.sims.2@us.af.mil by 2300hrs EST 23APR2015. There are no other changes to this RFI originally posted on 12MAR2015. For additional information and instructions regarding this RFI please refer to the file titled "RFI--APT FoS Data Rights_MOSA" The Government will not provide reimbursement of any costs associated with documentation or communication submitted in response to this update/change. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. --End Update 23March2015-- 17 March 2015 : The purpose of this notice is to: 1. Solicit industry's comments and questions regarding the Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Family of Systems (FoS) requirements (reference Requirements Matrix) 2. Solicit responses to specific questions regarding APT FoS requirements (reference APT FoS CDD Requirements RFI) 3. Notify industry of the APT FoS Program Office's intent to sponsor a Pre-Solicitation Conference at Wright-Patterson AFB tentatively scheduled for mid-April 2015. The intent of this notice is not an opportunity for industry to request changes to the ATP FoS requirements, but rather to ensure industry has a clear understanding of the requirements. The notice includes direction on how to respond to this RFI. -- End Update 17March2015 -- As the Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Family of Systems (FoS) program, commonly referred to as "T-X," is transitioning from Market Research to Pre-Solicitation activities, it is migrating from its previous FBO page titled "T-X Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Industry Day", Solicitation Number: T-X_Advanced_Pilot_Training_Industry_Day ( https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&tab=core&id=decd200eca0cd495fe5f66115d476bd1&_cview=0 ) to a new page. For the latest updates regarding the acquisition of the APT FoS, industry should use this FBO page until further notice. In place of the "What's New document" the AFLCMC/WLZG will chronologically synopsize updates directly to this FBO page to keep industry abreast of what's happening on the APT FoS acquisition. This synopsis will provide a running log of what is placed on FBO concerning the APT FoS acquisition. AFLCMC/WLZG has established a dedicated team to work T-X.
