- The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a non-competitive sole source purchase order to knoll c/o EvensonBest P.O. Box 157 1235 Water St East Greenville, PA 18041 The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561622. The notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issured for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Goverment not compete this procurement action, base on responses to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the Government.
