TOGUS VA MEDICAL CENTER VA241-14-Q-0935 Combined Solicitation/Synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an invitation to bid, request for quotation. The Contracting Officer makes the recommendation to solicit this procurement as full and open competition after exclusion of small business set aside. A sources sought was drafted and posted to eBuy under NAICS 337122, however of the 18 vendors small businesses no quotes were received. Description: CLC Dining Room Furniture for the VA Maine Healthcare System 2nd and 3rd Floor, which includes approximately 24 tables, 81 chairs and 3 storage units. Any interested parties may identify their interest and abilities to respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product and or service. Any firm that believes that it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Office by Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 11AM EST.
