Attch 7 Govt Provided Technical Proposal Forms Attch 6 DBWD NH150028 010215 NH28 Highway Coos Attch 5 208.06 Modified Supplmental Spec Attch 4 FSSuplementSpecs Attch 3 Stony Brook Final Design Plans 9-12-14 Attch 2 Spruce Brook Final Design Plans 9-12-14 Attch 1 EBU Final Design Plans 9-12-14 rev 01-30-15 Solicitation AG-1484-S-15-0003 Provide all equipment, supplies, personnel, supervision, materials, installation, and incidentals for the complete removal and replacement of existing road-stream drainage structures, at up to three work sites. Work includes removal of existing culverts, furnish and install new concrete frame structures, excavations, grading, aggregates, asphalt, rails, and appurtenances. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
