Description
The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in the Scope of Work (Specification) for ZNRE 14-1130 Maintain Roof, B-907, Jet Engine Maint Fac, Yokota Air Base, Japan. This Project includes following scope of work. A. Provide scaffolding with safety net along the exterior walls and single-pole scaffolding with safety belts and/or lines or substituted system on the roof. B. Apply waterproofing work to Metal roof area. - Surface preparations clean up surface by high pressure water and Sanding (3-class keren). - Primer - Reinforced fabric tapes and/or sealant - Waterproof membrane coat (2kg/m2) over-ray acrylic type and Top coat. - Screws on metal roof area surface preparation (3-class keren), primer, Sealant and Top coat. C. Apply waterproofing work to skylight area. -All-around of skylight area clean up surface, Primer, Sealant, Waterproof membrane coat (2kg/m2) over-ray acrylic type and Top coat. -Skylight plastic board overlapped and leaked area clean up surface, primer, Sealant, Reinforced fabric tape, Waterproof membrane coating (2kg/m2) over-ray acrylic type and Top coat -Screws on skylight area clean up surface preparation (3-class keren), primer, Sealant and Top coat. -Other skylight area not listed above clean up surface. D. Repair/clean-up existing roof drains/pipes, and replace drain caps with new. E. Repaint metal gable board, siding metal wall of roof-top and necessary exterior. F. Provide other associated temporary work, necessary repair, repaint and protection to prevent a damage for the project's building.. Perform all work indicated in Specification, which will be included in the solicitation package. The contractor is required to provide a complete and usable facility within the terms and conditions of the contract. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: Construction-only Project to Maintain Roof, B-907, Jet Engine Maint Fac and associated parts at work site. The Contractor shall verify site conditions and conduct all field surveys and measurements as necessary to complete this project. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and any other necessary items to complete this project. The magnitude of this project is expected between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00, in accordance with FAR 36.204 (c), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. Selection will be based upon evaluation factors which will be stipulated on the solicitation package. Site orientation will be held on 15 May 15, from 1000 hours at Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the site orientation. Please contact the Point of Contact (POC) below and receive the solicitation documents prior to the date of the site orientation. The whole package will not be posted on the FedBizOpps. If you need to attend the site visit, please make an appointment with the POC by 13 May 15 and come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 0915 hours. You must bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not be able to enter the base.
