Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions Service Area, Southern Region, AAQ-510 ATL, College Park, Georgia has a requirement for a Communication Antenna Tower at the Birmingham International Airport in Birmingham, Alabama and the Mcghee Tyson Airport in Louisville, Tennessee. The Government intends to award a single or multiple contract(s) resulting from this Screening Information Request (SIR). Partial offers will be accepted. Performance time for both projects is 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237130 “ Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction “ Size Standards by dollars “ $33.5 Million. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to the Contract Specialist (jade.ctr.bynum@faa.gov) no later than Monday, May 11, 2015, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (website: www.sam.gov). Mailed proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: RFP # DTFAEN-15-R-00080. Emailed proposals must put the RFP # in the Subject line. Proposals are due no later than Monday, May 18, 2015, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). If all requested information/documents are not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined non-responsive and be excluded from evaluation. This RFP is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind.
