- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas intends to issue solicitation RFQP05151500010 for the provision to remove and dispose existing operable partitions and provide and install a new operable partition system at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) - Texarkana, located in Texarkana, Texas. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238290. This requirement is set aside for small business. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) who offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered with prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 4, 2015 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is June 1, 2015.
