Description
Air National Guard (ANG) Domestic Capability Priorities (DCP) Conference: National Guard Bureau (NGB), Air National Guard, Washington, D.C. is hosting the 2015 Domestic Capability Priorities Conference 08 June 2015 - 12 June 2015 in Colorado Springs, CO. This conference was last held in Albuquerque, NM in August 2014 and its predecessor was the JDOERS conference. This conference is for field level experts to identify and prioritize ANG critical domestic capability shortfalls. The results of the conference will be briefed to senior ANG leadership and capability needs will be documented in a DCP Book to be published after the event. Capability needs from the conference that are subsequently verified and validated become candidates for procurement using the ANG's National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) funds. There will be two quote mark industry nights quote mark for vendors to display and discuss their products and capabilities to the conference attendees. Vendor nights will be Monday and Tuesday (8-9 June 2015) from 1700-2100hrs. Vendors will be restricted to the exhibit floor and will not be provided credentials allowing access into the government breakout sessions. Individual briefing sessions with interested companies and applicable Emergency Support Function breakout sessions will not be allowed in accordance with Chief, NGB guidance. This is NOT a quote mark bidder's conference quote mark and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any vendor for presentations, marketing efforts, or data offered for examination. The cost of preparing information in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. The most recent version of the DCP Book can be accessed at: http://www.ang.af.mil/angprioritiesbooks/ Prospective industry vendors can register for attendance by filling out a registration form and submitting to ngb.cfsp@ang.af.mil. Vendors deemed relevant to the conference will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration forms must be received NLT 15 May 2015. Vendors will be notified of selection within 5 business days of the vendor registration deadline. An Exhibitor Service Kit and notification of selection will include the hotel contact information.
