- 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: Please be advised that this project is Subject to Availability of Funds. Set Aside: N/A - Unrestricted NAICS Code/Size Standard: 237990/$36.5 Million Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price, stand alone (C-Type) Construction Anticipated Available Date for Solicitation: 21 May 2015 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to Construct Oxbow Valley Storage Sites A&C - Central City Project, Fort Worth, Texas as defined in the forthcoming solicitation except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards contained in the solicitation. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. 3. SELECTION CRITIERA: The resultant firm fixed price, stand alone (C-Type) contract award will be made by the quote mark Low-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Evaluation quote mark method. The Government will be evaluating the following technical evaluation factors (unless modified by amendment prior to receipt of proposals: Technical Approach, Personnel, Summary Schedule, Previous Experience, Past Performance, and Small Business Utilization. 4. OBTAINING THE SOLICITATION: Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments at the following internet address: https://www.fbo.gov.
