- Site Visit Information This is a synopsis for a Transient Alert Service requirement for Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. Proposals will be requested starting on or about 27 April 2015. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number FA8101-15-R-0010. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (SB). The requirement is for a base period, and 4 option years. The unit of issue shall be monthly. More details will be made available upon the release of the solicitation. The preferred method of communication is via email. Any questions or concerns should be address to SrA Nick Hazelett, Contracts Specialist, at Nicholas.hazelett@us.af.mil. Questions or concerns for this solicitation shall be submitted on or before 4 May 2015. The response due date will not be extended due to questions regarding the solicitation. SITE VISIT INFORMATION FA8101-15-R-0010 - Transient Alert IMPORTANT: A site visit will take place on 11 May 15, at 10:00 A.M. CST. Any offeror who would like to attend MUST email SrA Nick Hazelett at nicholas.hazelett@us.af.mil. Please provide a list off all attendees as well as contact phone numbers, and email addresses. The list of all potential attendees must be sent by Thursday, 7 May 15. The intent is for all attendees to meet in the parking lot of Dick's Sporting Goods (7095 SE 29 th St, Midwest City, OK, 73110) at 9:30-10:00. A bus will be provided to transport all attendees to the site visit location, Bldg 240. All attendees must bring at least 1 form of identification. The government will try to provide answers to your questions at the site- however, it is best to save your questions and email them to the contract specialist. IMPORTANT: Note that the solicitation has been amended to address following: The Quantity of CLIN 0002 has been changed from 4 to 3. CLIN 0001 is Not Separately Priced. The Price Response Page has been changed. Offerors shall use the new Price Response Page that allows for the submission of a 6-month extension price IAW FAR 52.217-8.
