- IGF:OT:IGF NCR-NAMA: HVAC PM FOTH This Contract is for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service for HVAC Mechanical Equipment at the Ford's Theatre National Historical Site. All work is to be done at the following locations: Ford's Theatre 10th and E Streets, NW and The Peterson House across the street from the Theatre. The work to be done includes all mechanical equipment as specified under the inventory list (attached) Work also includes all associated controller systems and electrical distribution systems associated with each piece of mechanical equipment specified.
