Description

This is a solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested for a Custom Carmeda Bonded Oxygenator Pump & Table Pack (Item #TS1527R) (P/N: CK9766R) for the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center Gainesville, FL 32608. Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d) and in accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006, this procurement is a competitive total set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. NOTE: The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, vendors shall submit the most favorable terms. Small businesses, especially service-disabled veteran owned small businesses and veteran owned are encouraged to contact their nearest Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) if assistance is needed in preparing their quote. The offeror is responsible to monitor and download any amendments pertaining to this solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
