- The Army Contracting Command - NJ Fort Dix, New Jersey intends to issue solicitation W15QKN-15-R-1051 for grounds maintenance services at TSGT Vernon McGarrity Memorial United States Army Reserve Center (USARC)/Army Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) #105, Post Exchange facility and the Commissary facility. All four facilities are located in Coraopolis Pennsylvania. This requirement is in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. This requirement has been set aside 100% to small business and is restricted to small businesses only. All other firms are deemed ineligible to participate in this acquisition. The contract period consists of a base period (12 consecutive months from contract award date) with four, 1-year option periods. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. Release Date: The anticipated posting date of the RFQ is on/or about 11 May 2015. Upon release to the public, the solicitation, as well as any amendments issued during the solicitation phase, will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests for paper copies will not be honored.
