Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124C-15-T-2001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-81. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving and Locker Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a small business set-aside. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: Line Item Description QTY 0001 8' x 8' Two Person Cubicle Workstations 60 EA 0002 Disassemble of Workstations 60 EA This requirement requires procurement, delivery, removal of existing cubicle workstations, placement of disassembled workstation in a designated storage building, and the assembly of new pre-wired cubicle workstations. Requirement is for the Third United States Army Central (USARCENT) located at Shaw AFB, SC 29152 1. Quote shall include colored pictures and specifications of items being offered to include measurement of the panels, workstation cubicles, and electrical outlets. A color scheme of available workstations material shall be submitted. 2. Each workstation wall panel shall have 2 power outlets. The workstation cubicles shall be turnkey and capable of plugging directly into a floor mounted electrical spider. 3. Additional information is provided in the Statement of Work and its attachment. RESPONSIBLE SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Price quote which identifies a complete breakout of requested item(s) unit and total price. 2. Point of contact to include: Representative name, phone and fax number, and email address. 3. Remittance address, Tax Identification Number, DUNS number and Cage Code number, and information pertaining to length of the base warranty. 4. Warranty information. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination by Government OFFER ACCEPTANCE: Quote MUST be valid for 60 calendar days after submission. An organized site visit has been scheduled for -- 7 May 2015 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) c. Participants will meet at - 1 Gabreski Drive, Shaw AFB, SC 29152 d. Due to access control, vendors that are anticipating of attending the recommended site visit shall email the above POC so the necessary coordination can be made. Attendance is at the expense of the potential offeror. Attendees shall be prepared to present proof of identification in order to access the base. Be prepared to show your driver's license, photo IDs for passengers, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Please email Charles Taylor if you plan to attend the recommended site visit.
