- This is to change "Paragraph F. EVALUATION CRITERIA, g. INTERVIEW/DISCUSSION" as reads "g. INTERVIEW/DISCUSSION. The Selection Board will perform interviews either in person or by phone. The following criteria will be used during the interview: 1) clear understanding of the scope of work, 2) examples of past performance, 3) customer responsiveness, 4) examples of projects completed ahead of schedule, 5) use of creativity and imagination in design development, and 6) response to questions from Selection Board members. Once the packages are received and determined to be acceptable the offerers will be notified of interview times on or about 22 May 2015." to read "g. INTERVIEW/DISCUSSION. In accordance with FAR 36.602, the evaluation board will hold discussions by phone with at least four American firms and six locally owned and operated firms in order of preference of the most highly qualified firms based upon the evaluation board's determination regarding concepts and the relative utility of alternative methods of furnishing the required services. The following criteria will be used during the interview: 1) clear understanding of the scope of work, 2) examples of past performance, 3) customer responsiveness, 4) examples of projects completed ahead of schedule, 5) use of creativity and imagination in design development, and 6) response to questions from evaluation board members. Offerors to be invited for discussions will be notified of interview times on or about 21 May 2015 JST. Discussions will be scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday May 26-28, 2015 JST."
