- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Platform, Maintenance - Wheel Well, Nose Landing Gear, NSN: 4920-01-604-3771, Part Number: 17G110676-1 subject to First Article/First Article Test Plan/First Article Test Report approval, applicable to C-17 Globemaster III Cargo Aircraft. Anticipated award is as follows: Basic Quantity: 15 Each: (Delivery: 120 calendar days after approval of First Article; FOB Origin) 1 Each: First Article (FA); (Delivery: 270 calendar days after contract award; FOB Destination) 1 Lot: First Article Test Plan (FATP); (Delivery: 60 calendar days after contract award; FOB Destination) 1 Lot: First Article Test Report (FATR); (Delivery: 210 calendar days after contract award; FOB Destination) Option I: 3 Each Option II: 3 Each Option III: 3 Each Option quantity can be ordered from time to time with option quantity due 120 calendar days after option exercise. The Government owns the rights to the manufacturer's drawings and has a complete data package. Data is export controlled. See data package for information on size, dimension, or other form, fit or function/material information. THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage ( http://www.fbo.gov ). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. The government owns the complete data package required to manufacture this item. The technical data required to respond to RFP may be obtained at the Federal Business Opportunities webpage ( http://www.fbo.gov ) after posting. This proposed contract action is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. All questions regarding the RFP and/or the data packages will be accepted in writing only and shall be submitted to abby.markert.1@us.af.mil with copy to alexander.comportie@us.af.mil Government responses to questions will be uploaded to www.fbo.gov. However the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FedBizOpps site prior to submission of proposal.
