Description

The following changes are hereby made to the DRV RFI attachment as of 5 May 2015: Change 1: Paragraph 1.1 entitled "Background" stated: "It (DRV) also should be capable of transiting three Marine Corps Divers 10 nautical miles with 4 hours and 4 minutes" Paragraph 1.1 entitled "Background" is now changed as of 5 May 2015 to read: "It (DRV) also should be capable of transiting 8 nautical miles with 180 minutes." Change 2: Paragraph 3.2.9.1 entitled "Power Source" stated: "The DRV system power source (i.e. battery) should provide at least 4 hours and 4 minutes continuous run-time while operating all subsystems at maximum capacity in 35°F water temperatures." Paragraph 3.2.9.1 entitled "Power Source" is now changed as of 5 May 2015 to read: "The DRV system power source (i.e. battery) should provide at least 180 minutes continuous run-time while operating all subsystems at maximum capacity in 35°F water temperatures." Change 3: Paragraph 3.3.2 entitled "Insertion Range" stated: The DRV system shall conduct a minimum 10 NM clandestine reconnaissance insertion within 4 hours and 4 minutes while carrying a 1200 lb payload. Paragraph 3.3.2 entitled "Insertion Range" is now changed as of 5 May 2015 to read: The DRV system shall conduct a minimum 8 NM clandestine reconnaissance insertion within 180 minutes while carrying a 1200 lb payload.
