The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Reconditioning Center (NRC) intends to send out for repair and or repair and reconditioning of the following equipment: 100 each 1088 DEWPOINT SENSOR, PN: 1088-401, ASN: S100-2MT4A1A1-1, 40 each RAIN GAUGE,TIPPING BUCKET HEATED W/FIBER OPTIC BOARD FRISE PN: 7405HA-40, ASN: S100-2MT6-2, 8 each CROSSARM ASSEMBLY, W/END CAPS, BELFORT PN: 33135-2, ASN: S100-2MT5A2, 21 each SENSOR, DAY/NIGHT AAI PN: 62828-90111-4. BELFORT PN: 31924-2, ASN: S100-2MT5A5 and 15 each LARC SYSTEM, SOLID STATE, WITH BATTERY AND VOICE SYNTHESIZER OPTIONS, ACCESSED.VIA TELEPHONE NETWORK OR THROUGH USE OF A VOICE SYNTHESIZER FOR DATA COLLECTION,.HANDAR P/N 550A, ASN: D925 This is set-aside for a Small Business. The intended acquisition is for repair and or repair and reconditioning services to furnish labor and material to place in like new operating condition and good appearance to meet the original manufacturer's specifications and/or tolerances of the equipment listed above. Prospective vendors must be able to repair and or repair and recondition all types of equipment listed in this posting, this is an all or none repair and reconditioning solicitation. Please also indicate estimated turnaround time. After repair, if the equipment does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the vendor for rework at no additional cost to the government. Only firms that can provide the exact repair and or reconditioning services described herein will be considered. This acquisition is being processed under the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ) written offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is hereby issued as RFQ No. NWWG3401-15-156-157-162-169-173-174. This RFQ and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. The line items shall be provided in accordance with the specifications listed below. The price shall be all inclusive of costs including return shipping costs.
