Description

SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Clarksburg VA Medical Center, 1 Med Center Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301 is seeking to obtain sources to provide Lithotripsy services. Estimated period of performance is October 1, 2015 through September, 30, 2020. The Department of Veterans Affairs is contemplating indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for up to five years in duration for mobile Lithotripsy Services. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621999 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million. The solicitation package will be available approximately on or about June 15, 2015. This is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice to obtain possible sources that have the capacity & capability of providing mobile Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services which includes the services of skilled technical personnel and necessary lithotripsy equipment and supplies as described in this notice.
