- Pre-Solicitation Notice Information Correct Waterline Draft Markings for Hull Identification Numbers: YFN-1280, 1281, 1282, and 1284. This is Total Small Business Set-Aside. Work to be accomplished at contractor's facility along the West Coast. Contractor shall pick up and deliver the craft via waterways to contractor's facility and back to Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, CA upon completion of availability. The successful offeror will be required to have a South West Regional Maintenance Center approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04), approved and in place at time of contract award. In addition, the successful offeror will be required to have a QP-1 Certification.
